Colourful Tortillas with pulled pork and vegetables
Ingredients:
– 1 portion of pork prepared using the sous vide method – ‘Meat cooked slowly ’ by Berger
– 4 tortillas
– 1 red pepper
– 1 medium-size yellow onion
– 1 head Romaine lettuce
– 250 grams of cheese, shredded
Preparation:
Remove the meat slowly from the foil packet and transfer it to the aluminium baking tin provided, together with the sauce/jelly that has formed. Place the tin with the meat in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake for about 40 minutes.
Remove seeds from the peppers, wash and dice them together with the onion. Wash the lettuce and tear into smaller pieces. Remove the meat from the oven, let it cool down and shred it with a fork into crumbles.
Lay the tortilla flat, and sprinkle with generous amounts of shredded cheese. Next, do the same with the lettuce, diced peppers, onions, and the shredded meat. Roll up the tortillas, cut into pieces about 2 cm thick and arrange on a platter.
All that remains is to wish you a delicious meal!
