Data protection

The following provides information on the processing of your personal data in our company, thus fulfilling the obligation referred to in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (referred to as ‘RODO’, ‘GDPR’ or ‘General Data Protection Regulation’).

In our organisation, depending on the type of contact and cooperation with you, contracts concluded, binding us both currently and in the past, there is data that constitute your personal data, i.e.: registered office or residence address, correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number, first and last name, numbers from registers (NIP – taxpayer identification number, REGON National Business Registry Number, KRS – National Court Register/Polish Company Register, PESEL – Personal ID Number).

This data was obtained by us from publicly available search engines or was provided to us by you personally, by email correspondence, by post or by telephone.

The purpose of processing your data is to perform the contracts between us, to maintain contact with you, to send you information about our services, as well as to fulfil our legal obligations, e.g., when the law requires us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes – the Tax Ordinance Act and the Accounting Act.

We also process your data in order to improve our offer, to ensure the best quality of our goods and services and to inform our customers about them or to carry out direct marketing.

Your data may also be processed for the purpose of protecting or asserting claims, as well as to ensure accountability for our fulfilment of legal obligations.

Basis of data processing

We process the data on the basis of:
Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the ‘Regulation’), i.e., on the basis of your consent, if granted to us, in situations where such consent was required,
Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, for the performance of contracts or pre-contractual action,
Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation in order to comply with our legal obligations,
Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, where processing is based on our legitimate interests, to improve our offer, to ensure the best quality of our goods and services and to inform our customers about them, to carry out direct marketing, to protect or assert claims, to ensure accountability for our fulfilment of legal obligations.

You provide us with personal data on a voluntary basis, however, it may happen that we cannot perform or prepare a contract without your data. The provision of data such as your telephone number or e-mail address is also voluntary, but without it, we will not be able to contact you via these means.

If we have asked you for your consent to process your personal data, this consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Period for which personal data will be stored

Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract and fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator will be stored for the duration of the contract, and thereafter for the period necessary to ensure or assert claims or fulfil the Administrator's legal obligations, e.g., under tax or accounting law.

Personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate legal interest of the Administrator will be kept for the duration of that interest or until the data subject objects.

Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be kept until the consent is revoked.

Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties unless we have a legal basis to do so. In connection with the processing, your personal data may be shared with or entrusted to the following entities:
  • authorised employees of the Administrator,
  • entities providing outsourcing, accounting, IT services and IT infrastructure maintenance for the Administrator,
  • public authorities on the basis of statutory requirements.
Your rights

You have the following rights:
  • the right of access to your data (Article 15 RODO),
  • the right to request the rectification of your data (Article 16 RODO) when it is incorrect or incomplete,/li>
  • the right to request erasure (Article 17 RODO) when the data is not processed lawfully, consent to process the data is withdrawn or the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, an objection is raised to the processing of the data, the data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation,
  • not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling,
  • the right to request the restriction of data processing (Article 18 RODO),
  • the right to data portability (Article 20 RODO) when the processing is based on consent or contract.
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data when the processing is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes and the objection is justified by the particular situation of the data subject or where the data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing,
  • lodge a complaint in relation to data processing with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
